Retinal Detachment surgery with unstable PCIOL

Retinal Detachment repair surgery can be challenging sometimes. When you assume that a certain problem may be navigable during surgery, but then it plays out differently! RD surgery in a patient who had an unstable IOL. This can get challenging during intraoperative manipulations. The visualisation of retina may be poor. We managed this reasonbly well, though the IOL was inferiorly displaced at the end of surgery. Patient will need an IOL exchange at the time of silicone oil removal.
